قامت "كونترفاير" Counterfire، منصة سياسية إنجليزية مناهضة للامبريالية وللاستعمار الجديد، بنشر على موقعها ترجمتي لنص كاتب ياسين "Octobre, novembre et Dien Bien Phu"، الكاتب الوطني الراحل. عنوان النص المترجم هو "The Octobr Revolution in 1917, the Algerian Revolution in November 1954, and the Victory of Dien Bien Phu" ، أي "ثورة أكتوبر في 1917 والثورة الجزائرية في
نوفمبر 1954 وانتصار ديان بيان فو".

Counterfire, plateforme politique anti-impérialiste anglaise, a publié, le 20 octobre 2017, ma traduction du texte de notre écrivain national Kateb Yacine intitulé "Octobre, Novembre et Dien Bien Phu". 

Dans ce texte, Kateb établit un lien dialectique entre la révolution socialiste d’Octobre 1917 (en Russie) et son impact considérable sur les mouvements de libération nationale de par le monde (dont fait partie notre Guerre de Libération Nationale). A ce propos, Kateb écrit: “c’est ainsi que la révolution socialiste d’Octobre enfanta Dien Bien Phu*, et c’est ainsi que Dien Bien Phu enfanta le 1er Novembre 1954

The October Revolution in 1917, the Algerian Revolution in November 1954, and the victory of Dien Bien Phu

Written by/écrit par: Kateb Yacine, Algerian writer and poet. Was one of the founding fathers of the modern Algerian novel written in French. His major literary work is the novel ‘Nedjma’ (Star in Arabic) published in 1956, during Algeria’s national independence war.

"The national flag was restored once again by the people’s war, a thousand years war, sometimes open and declared, sometimes secret and underground, the everyday war of the landless peasant, of the proletarian without motherland. The expatriate workers raised once and for all the national flag."
